Kitchen Sink Cookies
This cookie covers all the bases. We take the best flavor combination of oats, nuts, dried fruit, coconut and chocolate and create a soft, chewy and crunchy delight. We change it up often so you'll never get bored.
We bake our chocolate chip cookie right inside a delicious brownie cookie. An abomination? No, we say! There's a little bit of mad scientist in us!

Triple Chocolate Brownies
This recipe includes three kinds of chocolate, butter and a scant wisp of flour to hold it all together – plus some secret ingredients to make it a chocolate lover’s dream. It’s dense, rich, chocolaty and delicious.
We make these classic Maine desserts like you want them. Only this time we only put the best ingredients in them. Varieties include classic chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling, vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream filling and marble cake with vanilla buttercream filling.
Sitting atop a pine nut encrusted brown butter shortbread base layer is a combination of orange and lemon custard citrus. It’s a delicious slice of sweet sunshine in every bite.

Devil's Food Cake
If you like chocolate, then this is the cake for you. It’s just the right amount of surprisingly not too sweet but rich and fudgy chocolate layers layered in a delicious milk chocolate frosting. This is presented either as a 9”x5” rectangle or 9” circle.
Double Crumb Cake
We are a big fan of the crumb! Our crumb cake has a double batch of the chewy, crunchy cinnamon nuggets that sit atop a tangy vanilla cake. (Serves 12-15)
Get your vegetables in these four layers of deliciously spiced carrot goodness. We generously cover each layer with Italian-style cream cheese frosting and sprinkle toasted pecans for good measure. This is presented as a 9”x5” rectangle. (serves 10-12)
Apple Pie Cake
This triple layer cake is filled with apples, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg and covered in brown sugar frosting. We combined the best things from an apple pie and put it into our frosted cake. Mainly because frosting a pie would be way over-the-top, right? (Serves 10-12)
Our soft and velvety multi-color speckled cake is triple layered in buttery vanilla frosting and rainbow sprinkles. Whether it is for a birthday or a plain ‘ol Tuesday this cake is good for all occasions. (Serves 10-12)
Orange Olive Oil Cake
For our gluten-challenged friends we created this wonderful mix of orange with the nutty flavor of olive oil layered in rich orange curd. This also can be made with regular flour. (Serves 10-12)
You've probably never heard of the best thing you'll ever taste! Light and airy with hints of vanilla and lemon you can taste the custardy texture without having to take a nap afterwards. (Serves 8-10)
Italian Ricotta Cheesecake
Lemony and light, this square cheesecake is delicious on a homemade graham cracker crust. (Serves 12-15)
Banana Cream Pie Cupcake
Our delicious banana cake base is covered in vanilla custard buttercream and sprinkled with crushed vanilla wafers.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcake
Our densely delicious chocolate cake dressed with peanut butter buttercream frosting, festooned with peanuts and drizzled with chocolate ganache.

Coconut Custard Pie

BREAKFAST & SNACKS
Fruits & Oats Granola
We have been developing and tinkering with this recipe over the past 10 years so we can easily swap out flavors for a completely different taste each time. Depending on the day, we play with combinations that include blueberries, strawberries, cranberries, currants, apricots, dates, pecans, almonds or cashews.
This is our gluten-free version that includes 6 different kinds of nuts including coconuts, cashews, almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts, pecans and pumpkin and sunflower seeds along with other ingredients that is most agreeable for our gluten-challenged friends.
We lovingly refer to these as a muffin’s ugly stepchild. Somehow we find them even more delicious even without a domed top. They are soft, buttery, and full of seasonal flavors including berries, pumpkin, citrus or honey. Lathered with a bit of jam and you’ve got yourself the perfect breakfast or snack.
This is the flaky crescent-shaped viennoiserie pastry we all know and love. We make it from scratch so you enjoy each buttery delicious layer.
Pain au Chocolat
A handmade, flaky, layered and buttery viennoiserie pastry with a luscious dark chocolate center.
Light and fluffy, this yeasted-dough pastry is handmade with delicious butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and a hint of orange. It is classically swirled and topped with a generous amount of cream cheese vanilla icing.
One Hand Pie
Who hasn't had these well-known pastries? We make ours without all the chemicals and additives. Starting with a flaky pastry we add different seasonal fillings including rhubarb, strawberry, blueberry or raspberry and top it with frosting for that extra added sweetness.

Cinnamon Sugar Muffin
A tasty tangy vanilla muffin baked to perfection and rolled in our cinnamon and sugar coating.
This is a cross between a biscuit and a muffin - taking the best of what you love and putting them together. It's got a crunchy exterior with a tender interior. You ask why attempt such a concoction and we say why not! Lather them with a little butter and jam and be in heaven.
Corn Cream Muffin
Our version of good ol' American corn bread in a muffin. Spoon on butter, jam or honey. We added a bit of cream for some natural sweetness and tenderness. Shouldn't we all be a little sweeter and tenderer these days?
Cinnamon Sugar Donut
This yeasted dough is billowy soft on the inside and baked rather than fried. We roll it in our cinnamon sugar coating. There's just a little less guilt for eating these so you should have two!
LOAVES & SWEET BREADS
This customer favorite is an eastern European yeasted sweet bread that is handcrafted over a 5 hour process. The dough is rich, soft and delicious with a hint of orange. We braid in different flavors that include either cinnamon & pecan, cinnamon & raisin or chocolate. Have it for breakfast, a late night snack or really anytime.
Blueberry Custard Loaf
This is a dense flavorful quick-rise loaf with a custard texture, local blueberries and a hint of orange.
