Triple Chocolate Brownies

BREAKFAST & SNACKS
Fruits & Oats Granola
We have been developing and tinkering with this recipe over the past 10 years so we can easily swap out flavors for a completely different taste each time. Depending on the day, we play with combinations that include blueberries, strawberries, cranberries, currants, apricots, dates, pecans, almonds or cashews.
This is our gluten-free version that includes 6 different kinds of nuts including coconuts, cashews, almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts, pecans and pumpkin and sunflower seeds along with other ingredients that is most agreeable for our gluten-challenged friends.
We lovingly refer to these as a muffin’s ugly stepchild. Somehow we find them even more delicious even without a domed top. They are soft, buttery, and full of seasonal flavors including berries, pumpkin, citrus or honey. Lathered with a bit of jam and you’ve got yourself the perfect breakfast or snack.
One Hand Pie
Who hasn't had these well-known pastries? We make ours without all the chemicals and additives. Starting with a flaky pastry we add different seasonal fillings including rhubarb, strawberry, blueberry or raspberry and top it with frosting for that extra added sweetness.
LOAVES & BREADS
This customer favorite is an eastern European yeasted sweet bread that is handcrafted over a 5 hour process. The dough is rich, soft and delicious with a hint of orange. We braid in different flavors that include either cinnamon & pecan, cinnamon & raisin or chocolate. Have it for breakfast, a late night snack or really anytime. This comes in 2 sizes.
Luscious bananas fill our soft and light cake-like quick bread. Lightly sweetened and thoroughly delicious.
Blueberry Custard Loaf
This is a dense flavorful quick-rise loaf with a custard texture, local blueberries and a hint of orange.

FRITATTAS & QUICHES
Made by hand with local ingredients and cooked in a cast iron pan, this dish is naturally gluten-free. A frittata is filled with roasted potatoes, onions and eggs. We add available veggies, cheese and/or meats to order. Classic combinations include zucchini & squash, broccoli & spinach or ham & cheese.
